I am a registered general psychologist with a particular interest in trauma related mental illness, and attachment.
Prior to becoming a psychologist I worked in the health profession in various roles, including as a medic in the Australian Army, and an Enrolled Nurse.
Having worked in non-Government organisations and private practice, I have also provided psychological interventions at the Maryborough Correctional Centre, through individual counselling and group programs for drug and alcohol addictions.
In a compassionate supportive manner I work with adults and teens.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is the privilege of helping clients work through their difficulties. Especially when I have the opportunity to see client’s complete services living their best life, a life that reflects their values and the life they desire.
Living my best life also involves dancing, jigsaw puzzles and being at the beach.
